About us
Apartments “Upe” are situated in a quiet place by the river “Sventoji”. Distance to the main pedestrian street where all cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues are concentrated – only 400 meters, to the beach – 600, to the Sventoji Monkies’ bridge – 700 meters. While staying at “Upe” at the same time you can enjoy the tranquility and unspoiled nature, and quickly get into a summer uproar of Sventoji or walk to the beach in only few minutes.
We offer to stay in spacious, newly equipped apartments with all facilities.
In big territory of „Upės“you will find sauna, footbridge to the river, children playground and free of charge car parking. Here you can have a good time on your private terrace with outdoor furniture, possibility to make barbeque, enjoy sauna, swim and fish in the river.

There is a large glassed-in gazebo beside the river, where you will find a library with books of all genres and themes, board games, children’s toys, comfortable sofas and a large table that can accommodate your group.

Apartment “Upė” is located on the banks of the Sventoji River. We have made sure that you can have fun not only on the beach or in Sventoji, but also on the territory of our apartments. From the deck, you can swim or fish in the river. We offer our guests free water pedal bikes or boats.
